First aid for infectious diarrhea
Lots of warm fluids should be drank – often in small portions, at least 1.5 liters per day. The loss of liquids and minerals is restored by salt solutions (ready-made pharmacy or home-made) or mineral gas free water.

What to eat when you have diarrhea?
Have small portions 5-6 times a day.
Steam and wipe all the food.
Prohibited: spicy, fried and fatty foods, semi-finished products, sausages, canned food, pickles and sauces. Exclude any fast food. Food and drinks should be warm at room temperature.
